Tile Leveling / Lippage Removal

Not all floor installations are perfect, in fact some are downright disasters!

A level floor is not only beautiful but easier to maintain. We are able to remove significant lippage from tile to tile. You are left with a perfectly level floor without having to replace a single tile. Not only does levelling improve the surface of the floor but grout lines become less shallow even flush with the tile, the result is less dirt and grime being caught in the grout lines.

If you’re looking for an exceptional flooring option we can also provide levelling with epoxy grouting.

• Once a floor has been installed without grout we level the floor completely flat, we then fill all the joints with epoxy (colour is chosen by client).
• The epoxy bond is much stronger then normal grout but also smoother in texture.
• You are left with a stunning floor with grout lines that blend into the tile creating an even surface with no depth variances.
